I can confidently state that the service received by Jennifer Ashe was extremely professional, courteous and sympathetic from our 1st meeting 
I would personally like to take  this opportunity to thank all the staff we dealt with but a very special thank you and mention to Jimmy Smith, who on the actual day of Gary’s funeral, talked us through procedure and ensured it went smoothly and especially for suggesting the drive by Molineux. He made a sad occasion very memorable for the right reasons

Jimmy has bent over backwards to fulfill my requests, this company is amazing they took amazing care of my husband, I couldn't have asked for anything more they were outstanding and I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Very pleased with all their services.Angela did all we asked.Anthony West the celebrant was very good talking about Adrian's life.The car drivers were polite and helpful. All in all I think every body said we gave him a good sent off. Thank you all .

Jennifer Ashe team in Willenhall were so lovely when I booked my Mom’s funeral, they did everything and more than I could ever of imagined. Claire made sure I had all the options available and helped everything go smoothly and was so friendly and caring . On the dreaded day, Jimmy looked after us from the moment he knocked on the door with my Mom’s horse and drey cart, up until the minute he dropped us off at the wake. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful throughout the process of this sad and painful experience, they made the funeral a wonderful celebration of my Moms life and I will be forever grateful to all of them.

Really looked after by Jennifer Ashe & son's. I had issues with sorting out funeral policy, they were really good and patient while it was being sorted out. I would highly recommend this company for a loved ones funeral. I cannot thank them enough for the care and respect they gave towards me. And also knowing my step Dad was being looked after. The team at Jennifer Ashe & Son provide a service second to none. I contacted their Willenhall branch following the recent passing of my wife and met with Angela who was extremely helpful, kind, compassionate and above all professional with regard to arranging my wife's funeral. She explained everything thoroughly and was readily available by email and phone to answer any questions. On the day of the funeral our family were superbly looked after by Jimmy who kept us fully informed regarding the arrangements for the day and the respect shown to my late wife by Jimmy and the team at Jennifer Ashe & Son was particularly moving. On behalf of my family I would like to thank Jennifer Ashe & Son and especially Angela and Jimmy for making what was a very difficult and emotional time a lot easier to manage.
I highly recommend this company and you won't be disappointed. From beginning to end the service provided has been excellent and I am delighted that I chose Jennifer Ashe & Son to look after the funeral arrangements for my late wife.

Angela who helped me organise my mom's funeral, I can't thank her enough, everything ran smoothly and even helped with arranging a meeting with the vicar who also handled mom's service exactly how I wanted it.
Was kept up to date with exactly what was happening before and on the day of the funeral.

As a family we were very happy with the service provided and also felt Leon Anthony went above and beyond what we had expected to give mom a memorable service. Just one little wobble was with the production of the order of service, it left me a little stressed. Otherwise all ok.
