Jennifer Ashe , The Willenhall branch has recently carried out my father's (Ronald Evans) funeral.At a very distressing time , They have been absolutely marvellous , so helpful ,caring ,they were so understanding and sympathetic to my needs , I genuinely could not have wished to be in better hands.I feel like I have been soothed through their care and compassion.The rating of 'Excellent' does not begin to describe how I feel about the staff and care given by Jennifer Ashe , Angela , Phillips and Jimmy are lovely people I feel more like I have made friends , genuine caring friends than just dealing with a company.
Every little detail with my father's funeral was perfect , a truly difficult time where Jennifer Ashe bought peace ,comfort and serenity every step of the way.Thankyou so.much and Bless them all.

We can not express our gratitude and thankfulness enough to Jennifer Ashe and Son for the way they conducted my wife’s funeral. From the moment I spoke to them on the phone and arrangements were made to collect my wife from Wales to when we walked into reception we were made to feel at ease and their care and heartfelt compassion and the dignity they showed was absolutely outstanding. 
Angela was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and guided us throughout the process, keeping us updated on everything. 
Every member of the team was outstanding from start to finish. 
I would highly recommend Jennifer Ashe and Son to anyone who is facing the difficult decision for their loved one.

I would like to thank Jennifer Ash and Son for the fantastic send of for my Husband Graham Skett. From the moment we walked through the door we were treated with the utmost respect. Every detail was perfect from the order of service, the drivers, all the staff were amazing. Also I would like to thank the Celebrate Leon Anthony he was amazing in the delivery of our eulogy. Everything was perfect including the Wolves badges in the crem with Grahams name on. There were alot of tears but also alot of laughs which is exactly what Graham would have wanted. Jennifer Ash and Son made what was going to be a hard day the best it could be. I would recommend them to every one. Lana Skett

Jennifer Ashe are extremely professional,kind,caring and compassionate.
I can never thank the staff enough-for the respect shown to our family during a very stressful time at the passing of my dear mom.
Nothing was to much trouble they were on hand throughout answering any questions I had with such kindness.

The Cellabut Martin Jinks was so kind and and really made it a celebration of my late wife's life with his humour, word's and thoughts what a brilliant team allround can't praise them highly enough thank you all . On the sad loss of my daughter Natasha , I couldn’t of asked for more love & support that I received from Jennifer Ashe , there was one person in particular from this company who helped me get through this heartbreaking time and that was MrJoseph Evans , who from the time I walked through the doors , then until my last goodbyes  to my Tasha stood shoulder to shoulder at ever turn with me ,  his compassion and professionalism is beyond compare , he’s truly a fine gentleman, I would also like to thank everyone who helped me at Jennifer Ashe they are absolutely amazing people all of them have humanity and compassion , so I would like again like to take this opportunity to say thank you for getting me through the worst days of my life . Not much I can say about this company that hasn't already been said.
My husband's passing was such a difficult time for my kids and I, but Jimmy helped me at every step. Making suggestions when I didn't have a clue. Never too busy to take my phone calls and answer my questions, however trivial. We even had a few laughs along the way.
Cannot praise these people enough.

Jennifer ashe were absolutely amazing. They showed total respect for my family and for mum. They approached us with the upmost dignity. They were there every step of the way. The service was beautiful. The celebrant spoke about mum with the deepest respect. Unfortunately I cannot remember anyone's names but can't thank the team enough.
