From the minute we walked in, we felt very comfortable. Leon was very helpful, made us feel at ease sorting everything out, was very professional. John who took the funeral, was fantastic . You was all was! We couldn't fault anything! Thank you!

Their attention to detail and personal touch put our minds at rest knowing our requests and wishes were attended to. On the day of the funeral, Richard was amazing! From the moment we dealt with the team at Jennifer Ashe, they were very respectful but also efficient - pitched exactly right. John and his team. Leon,Richard,Phillipa and those who I did not meet were amazing. Luke and the drivers on the day were so respectful stopping at my mom's address. Leon and Phillipa were outside the funeral home as the hearse went by. It was very heartfelt.
From start to finish I was pleased with the service we received. I would recommend them a 100 times over.

Myself & my family would like to thank John, Leon and their lovely team for the services they provided to us at a very difficult time.
Our mom, in their care, was treated with dignity and respect. The funeral was managed and conducted professionally, efficiently and sensitively from beginning to end. We could not have wished for a more person centered experience than what the wonderful staff of this beautiful funeral home gave us. Words cannot express our appreciation for your collective kindness, empathy and sensitivity that you face us all in our time of sadness.
The delivery and conducting of the funeral itself and the procedures involved were handled in a professional, sensitive, personable manner. You did us all proud, including mom!

Jennifer Ashe & Son provided our family with a professional, courteous, helpful and friendly service during the most difficult of times. I would have no hesitation in recommending this funeral company. We really did just leave everything to them and they gave Mum the send off she deserved.

I can’t recommend Jennifer Ashe and son enough really. They made the whole experience of arranging a funeral for my husband a very straightforward but very professional affair. Nothing was too much trouble and anything we asked for was arranged without any hesitation. 

The minister they recommended to conduct the service for my husband made it so uplifting that everyone who attended or watched online said it was a beautiful experience. 

All this was carried out under the very strict COVID guidelines but what could have been a very harrowing experience, Jennifer Ashe and son made sure that everything they did , was carried out very professionally and more importantly, in a friendly and caring manner. Our family felt very cared for during the whole experience. 

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.

We recently had the funeral of our dad (William Barrett) on 19 January. We are so glad we chose Jennifer Ashe & Son for their professionalism, empathy & kind and caring approach. Every last detail was carefully thought out and we were all comforted by the staff, in particular John in the lead up and Richard on the day.

We couldn't have asked for anything more in the sad circumstances. A simple thing like a quick call from them to our mum the day after, to check that she was OK, was so thoughtful and very welcome.

Jennifer Ashe & Son are brilliant; traditional values with a subtle modern twist.

Really can not express how thankful on behalf of me and my family we are for Jennifer Ashe n sons funeral service, from the first time I walked in I was treated  with kindness , all of the staff were so professional yet so compassionate , I would like to say a very big thank you to Richard who talked me and my husband through planning the funeral as I’d never done it before and I was having to plan it for my mom and dad as it was there son and was to upset to do it there selfs and there elderly, he also was the head of the funeral on the day and phoned me up on the morning to talk me all through it to let me no what would be happening, all the lads on the day treated all my family on the day with so much respect and compassion including my brother, I’d like to say a very big thank you to John aswell as he was the one phoning me all the way through leading up to the funeral keeping me up to date with everything, and when he said he would phone he never let me down, and having to deal with me phoning asking questions, nothing was ever to much trouble, even said I could contact him out of hours if I was worried about anything, you truly helped to make the day that bit easier to get through, thank you x
