I simply wouldn’t go anywhere else should this service be needed again in the future, they went above and beyond to help figure everything out after I lost my dad unexpectedly, my heart was undoubtedly breaking but they helped to stop it from breaking anymore and pulled out all the stops on the day. I can’t thank them enough, a million thank you’s from the bottom of my heart and my families hearts

Thank you Jimmy and staff for a professional, and very caring approach to mom’s funeral from start to finish. We were given outstanding care and consideration. Philippa helped me to arrange the funeral for my husband, which wasn't easy due to Covid restrictions. Luke and his colleagues helped me on the day of the funeral which I will never forget as it was the last gift I could do for my husband and they helped the family to give him a beautiful service at church and the crematorium. Thankyou guys wouldn't of been able to do it without you.

When I sadly lost my mother I knew I was going to use Jennifer Ashe & Son due to Philippa Neville who had organised my father's funeral when she was at the Co-op. Everything was perfect - all of the staff , friendly , organised and just what is required at this time .

We cannot express our heartfelt thanks to Jennifer Ashe for the care and attention for both our Dad & Mum’s funerals. From our initial meeting with Philippa, Richard the Lead Funeral Conductor and the amazing Rev Martyn Jinks. The funerals were within 6 months of each other which was hard for us as a family but the whole team made it feel we were so valued, looked after and made it feel that they were part of our family making it very personal, Martyn made it a celebration of both Mum & Dads lives we will be eternally grateful I would highly recommend Many Thanks Sally & Ian & Helen

Our dearest dad was treated with the greatest respect and dignity. His final wishes were discussed and a plan to meet our budget was agreed, without any hidden extras.The Funeral package was easy to understand and we were more than happy on the big day itself. The amazing staff at the willenhall branch need more than 5 stars. They made arranging my Nans funeral back in February a lot easier with their compassionate, considerate and professional ways. I felt happy knowing my amazing Nanny was in such good hands. Nothing was too much trouble. The service was perfect and I still think of the way Luke treated us on the day, first class. These guys are fantastic. Faultless. And incredibly value for money. But the overarching fact is that they care so much it blew us away. Philippa is simply the best you can possibly meet.
