Our Mother’s funeral was arranged and handled in a very professional and dignified way. They fully accommodated all our wishes.  The flowers were particularly beautiful and the whole service was a very fitting tribute. Our sincere thanks for helping us in such a friendly helpful manner during such a difficult time for us. I would thoroughly recommend them.

From the first call, the staff at High Heaton Funeralcare have been so caring, helpful and sensitive, especially Liz who had so much empathy and time for us. Kevin walked us through the funeral process step by step, providing unending support and understanding and helping us at a very difficult time. Nothing was too much, they quickly answered calls and questions with enough detail but not too much to overwhelm us.
The support from the financial hub was unexpected but enormously helpful too.

I felt well looked after from the moment I walked in the door. Kevin looked after every detail, and he and his team made sure everything went really smoothly. I was particularly moved by the attention to detail, including the formal wear of those in the cortège, the respect paid to the coffin, and the calm and kindness shown by every member of the team. The co op service was excellent. Everyone involved demonstrated kindness professionalism a thoroughly caring approach throughout. The co ordinating director was kind thoughtful and helped through this difficult time. The lady in the funeral home was sensitive and kind. The funeral itself was exactly as we  wished: so many have said ‘how joyful’ it was - a celebration of Terrys achievements and a true memorial. Thank you.
