A very professional  excellent service from start to finish . Everyone was caring and showed empathy throughout . Nothing was a problem and they made sure everything was as we wanted it . I would highly recommend Ben White , the funeral director for both my mam and dad .

Andrew and the team were very professional throughout. Taking care of everything but making sure everything was what we wanted. Andrew went the extra mile by playing the organ at the funeral. I had no hesitation in using Andrew Grays Funeral Directors. They had planned my Dads funeral 10 years prior and as a result were my only choice, when it came to needing their services again for my Mams funeral. From my initial contact with Andrew Grays Funeral Directors until the day of the funeral, they made what is a difficult time in your life, much easier, explaining all aspects and details of the planning of my Mams funeral. Always being professional but with a huge amount of compassion and genuine caring. We felt that we were very well looked after from the start of the process of organising the funeral to the end of the funeral itself.

Ben kept us informed at every stage, he contacted me regularly to let me know what was happening and nothing we asked for was a bother, every single detail was taken care of. The flowers were beautiful and very fresh, the coffin itself was immaculate and our Dad was treated with respect and dignity.

On the day of the funeral Andrew and his team were wonderful. It was an emotional day, but Andrew made sure we were taken care of, he and the team were a real comfort to us throughout. It was a positive day, full of love, dignity and respect. This is all thanks to Andrew and his team. Many thanks to you all.
