Planning a funeral is a very emotional and difficult time for families. Also a time when they want to make their loved one proud and give them a send off that they deserve. 
From the first call and meeting with our funeral director Rhonda and all the way up to my mams funeral she was there.
Rhonda was friendly she showed real empathy and compassion, she kept in regular contact and kept me fully updated every step of the way offering support and guidance wherever required. Little thoughtful touches also on the day of mams funeral like her wearing a tie to match the colour of the floral tributes and also making contact with me after my mams funeral were all so lovely of her.
My mams service was beautiful and everyone who attended said what a lovely day it was and a send off that mam would have been proud of.
 So thank you to Rhonda and the rest of her colleagues for being part of this sad but wonderful day and making it all come together perfectly.
I would highly recommend Andrew Greys funeral services.

Andrew Greys were extremely helpful after our Mum passed away.  My sister and I live at either ends of the country and were unable to do a lot of the face to face discussions surrounding organising a cremation. Greys arranged for a minister, liaised with the crematorium and organised a location for the wake. Cannot thank them enough for their helpfulness and compassion.

I cannot thank Ben and the other staff at Andrew Grey’s enough for their compassion and professional in arranging the funeral of my late mother Ann. From start to finish we were treated with nothing but care and respect. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to make one of the most difficult times in life run smoothly and take some of the stress off. We were guided through everything step by step and my mother had a dignified send off in line with her wishes.

The whole team are amazing. This time Ben and Gillian took care of everything for us. The compassion and empathy from them was truly heartwarming. Nothing was too much trouble and no request was refused. Ben kept in touch constantly and advised us on everything we needed to do. We ‘popped in ‘ with Jeans clothes and wedding ring and spent at least an hour chatting with Gillian. She is so friendly and down to earth, I felt like I was chatting with a member of my family. I told her I was going to go back for coffee when I saw her if she didn’t look busy! They are all such caring people who made a very sad situation a lot more bearable.

My mam, my sister and I can not thank everyone at 'Andrew Grey Funeral Directors' enough. At a very difficult time, everyone was totally professional. Special thanks to go to Ben, who worked hard to ensure that things were as we wanted them. He was excellent in his approach and so understanding and accommodating in adjusting even the smallest of details until we were all very happy with everything.
On the day, everything was timed to perfection and so impeccably well organised. It made things as easy as they could be under the circumstances, and my dad's funeral was actually quite beautiful in many ways. We would very much recommend 'Andrew Grey' as a funeral director, to anyone.  A big 'thank you' from us all.
