I found the whole team very professional, they gave us time, respect, and took very good care of Ethel, our mam/ nana, after she died, they have been kind and friendly both on the phone and when we have been to the office, I really can't fault the service they provided, and still are.

We felt that we were very well looked after from the start of the process of organising the funeral to the end of the funeral itself.

Ben kept us informed at every stage, he contacted me regularly to let me know what was happening and nothing we asked for was a bother, every single detail was taken care of. The flowers were beautiful and very fresh, the coffin itself was immaculate and our Dad was treated with respect and dignity.

On the day of the funeral Andrew and his team were wonderful. It was an emotional day, but Andrew made sure we were taken care of, he and the team were a real comfort to us throughout. It was a positive day, full of love, dignity and respect. This is all thanks to Andrew and his team. Many thanks to you all.
