Kate and the team at Sherlock’s- I can’t thank you enough. 
Sherlock’s made the entire process of arranging and conducting Dad’s funeral so much easier to cope with. They showed care, attention, compassion and humour at exactly all the right moments, interpreting the emotions and needs of everyone involved, every time.  
The communication by Kate was spot on, caring, clear and timely meaning I had nothing to be concerned about at such a stressful time. 
The gentlemen who carried Dad to and from his funeral were the most gentle, respectful and lovely men who clearly wanted to do the best they could to give Dad a beautiful and dignified send off. They also were also compassionate and supportive of me whilst at the church, as if dealing with their own family. One gentleman in particular was delightful to me. He even remembered having worked at my Mums funeral 10 years ago.  
Thank you all, so very, very much for being true professionals and wonderful human beings. From Rachel Hawkins and all who attended my Bernard Hawkins’ funeral yesterday.

I can highly recommend Sherlocks we used them when my father passed and more recently when my mum passed . They were professional patient caring and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble , and on the day of the funeral they were so lovely and everything was perfect .

Handled with the utmost compassion. Very efficient and kept informed at every stage. Used their chapel which was lovely compared to a normal crematorium. Would highly recommend.

I can only say that from the moment I called you the morning my mum died to her cremation Sherlocks could not have been more attentive, kind, thoughtful and effecient. I cannot thank you enough.
All aspects of attention and care for my mum and myself you were faultless, and much appreciated.
If anyone were to ask my advice on who to turn to at such a sad and difficult time - I will most certainly recommend Sherlocks. Thank you.

Kate was so friendly and professional, all staff friendly. The service was wonderful led by Mandy and everyone I spoke to said it was the best funeral they had ever attended. One person also has decided they want their own funeral at Sherlocks they were so impressed.

At my first meeting with Kate I knew I was in safe hands. Kate guided me through the various elements of the funeral arrangements and I was more than satisfied with the result. Kate is a very caring kind person and was a great comfort to me.
Also at the crematorium there was an issue with relatives plus the celebrant stuck on  the M25 and Ron went out of his way to get the service rearranged plus advise all the mourners and stayed with us reassuring everyone that it would all be all right.

From the early morning call to the Care Home to the Funeral, this Firm have given their upmost. Amazing, passionate and excellent service - dignified, compassionate and professional. The generational and family based values show and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Chris Stoneman is professional and supported by a skilled and human facing team.
Sherlocks have an abundance of information for all needs.
