What Families Say
AI SummaryFamilies most often describe the care and attentiveness shown by staff throughout the planning process and on the day of the funeral itself, noting how the team guided them through arrangements with compassion while remaining organised and efficient. Many mention how staff communicated clearly, kept them informed at every stage, answered queries promptly, and made themselves available when needed, which helped ease the stress of such a difficult time.
Several families emphasise how nothing felt like too much trouble, whether accommodating special requests, liaising with other providers, or handling unexpected complications, and they frequently comment on how the professionalism was balanced with genuine warmth and human kindness that made them feel supported rather than rushed or like just another appointment.

Frankie was very efficient, caring and thorough throughout the planning process for my mother's funeral. Although professional at all times, when suitable we also were able to laugh, when appropriate, which helped to put us at ease enormously. Every detail was considered and arranged by Frankie. She is a credit to Sherlock Funeral Services.

My warmest thanks to Kate and her team for enabling us to get through one of the saddest days of my life by their empathy, compassion and professionalism in arranging Elisa’s funeral. As sad as we were, the day was a beautiful opportunity to celebrate Elisa’s life and we thank you for the faultless service you have provided.
