The two families now work closely together to provide a quality service to bereaved families in their time of need.

Kate was wonderful from the start of the funeral arranging process to the occasion itself. My dear sister's funeral was Wednesday 7th October and although I am glad it's now behind me, I am sad that I will not see Kate again. She was patient, reassuring, efficient and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she went the extra mile when it was needed. On the day, everything went smoothly. I am forever grateful to Kate and her colleagues. Thank you.
