Faith Ames at Rosedale Halesworth is amazing. At the most difficult traumatic time , she was so empathetic and showed such compassion to our family. Helping us through every step of the way and helping us all with options and possibilities without pressuring to make decisions instantly. She took control in making it as stress free as possible. We as a family can’t thank Faith and all the staff at Rosedale enough for their sensitivity and kindness at a very dark time. Rosedale handled everything with kindness, all the staff were amazing and totally professional in every single way. We totally recommend them , they are very clearly a family business which makes all the difference and they treat your loved one like their own. Losing someone you love so much is so painful and Rosedale helped make it more bearable. Thankyou

I can't fault the level of dignity and compassion that Faith extended to myself and the care of my late wife nothing was too much trouble.
Kevin who oversaw the service acted again with dignity and professionalism as did the staff under his control.

Rosedale funeral service were the perfect choice for us in our time of need when our dear Mum passed away.
They understood perfectly the trauma of what we were experiencing and guided us expertly through all the steps we needed to take to give Mum a special goodbye.

Rosedale are a truly wonderful funeral home. From the first call/meeting with Faith (and her bereavement dog, Simba) in Halesworth I knew we would be in very safe hands. Their kindness, calmness and expertise made such a hard time so much easier to navigate. They really were with me every step of the way making suggestions and recommendations as they took the time to truly understand the kind of day I wanted my dear Mum to have. On the day itself, the reassurance, dignity and care shown to me and my family was so very special, with Keven and the team ensuring that everything was done with professionalism but also gentleness.

Rosedales is the best funeral home around, not only do they care about your loved one they care about you too, they are compassionate and extremely helpful I could not recommend them more.
