Rosedale’s compassionate staff are respectful, kind and sincere and offer an exceptional focus on people. They are caring and compassionate and are fully trained, professionals in their various roles.
Rosedale Funeral Home offers Bereavement Support Groups, which are free to attend and open to all, regardless of what funeral director you have used. Simba the Suffolk bereavement dog, is based at the Halesworth office, which is located within walking distance of several car parks and is away from the hustle and bustle of the main town centre. There is a private chapel of rest for viewings on the ground floor.

Rosedale we’re excellent. Faith, at Halesworth branch went above and beyond to make our experience a good one at a difficult time. The kindness and consideration shown to us was so appreciated. The attention to detail was amazing. The funeral director, Kevin, even phoned to reassure us the eve of the funeral. I cannot speak more highly of the service we received.

Nothing was too much trouble for Faith and the rest of the team at Rosedale's. They were caring, empathetic and respectful to both us and mum. On the day of the funeral they kept us informed at each stage as to what would happen and made sure we were ready before each stage began. We would have no hesitation in recommending them and indeed we already have.

Because we wanted Charles to be buried in the same church as his mother, we had to use a funeral service in Halesworth which, of course, was not close by as we live in Manchester. I cannot thank Rose Dale enough for the kind service they gave us. It was all done on the phone or by email but he could not have been better. I am ver very grateful for the help, understanding and support I was given.

This was the first funeral I was responsible for arranging, so I have limited experience of funeral homes. Rosedale was recommended to me by local friends and it seems that this was good advice.
Their funeral arranger in Halesworth, Faith, was both professional and sympathetic. She explained everything clearly and provided wise counsel. She made the complex web of arrangements simple to understand and therefore for us to choose, where we needed to. Costs were explained clearly and felt fair. We felt in very good hands.
On the day, the funeral director David and his team were truly excellent in every dimension - despite the terrible weather at the graveside. Genuine people, who were very good at what they do, which made it simple and straightforward for the family. From the collection on the day of my father's death to the burial and final transport for our family to the wake, we felt supported. While they were efficient, they were also respectful and sympathetic.
As I said, Rosedale is staffed by genuine and nice people and I cannot recommend them more highly than that.
