Because we wanted Charles to be buried in the same church as his mother, we had to use a funeral service in Halesworth which, of course, was not close by as we live in Manchester. I cannot thank Rose Dale enough for the kind service they gave us. It was all done on the phone or by email but he could not have been better. I am ver very grateful for the help, understanding and support I was given.

This was the first funeral I was responsible for arranging, so I have limited experience of funeral homes. Rosedale was recommended to me by local friends and it seems that this was good advice.

Their funeral arranger in Halesworth, Faith, was both professional and sympathetic. She explained everything clearly and provided wise counsel. She made the complex web of arrangements simple to understand and therefore for us to choose, where we needed to. Costs were explained clearly and felt fair. We felt in very good hands.

On the day, the funeral director David and his team were truly excellent in every dimension - despite the terrible weather at the graveside. Genuine people,  who were very good at what they do, which made it simple and straightforward for the family. From the collection on the day of my father's death to the burial and final transport for our family to the wake, we felt supported.  While they were efficient, they were also respectful and sympathetic.

 As I said, Rosedale is staffed by genuine and nice people and  I cannot recommend them more highly than that.

Every arrangment i was helped with so ran smoothly and perfect. The service was loveley with plenty of time and well organized so thanks to Faith, Andrew, and the pullbearers .Very professional every one there commented about how nice the service was.

Nothing was too much trouble, everything was double checked and carried out as asked.

My sister and I could not fault Rosedale Funeral Home in Halesworth. Every member of staff worked to the highest standard of care. In particular Faith who helped us through the saddest of times with professionalism and efficiency but above all else with kindness, care and thoughtfulness to ensure all our needs and requests were met. Faith had a great eye for detail and went above and beyond to make the day exactly how we wanted, and for that we cannot thank Faith enough. We must also mention Kathy who also helped to arrange the timings and venue for the Wake. Also Sam, who, although working in the background gave both of us solace in the fact he was "Taking good care of, and looking after Mum" whilst we finalised details.
My sister and I cannot thank the Halesworth/Beccles Team of Rosedale Funeral Home enough for everything.
