Rosedale was recommended to me by a friend and the service they provided was highly personal and exemplary. From the first telephone call to my last contact with them, I have nothing but praise.
They made the whole process comfortable and handled everything in a personable and sensitive way.
The information provided and options available were clear and accurate. Arrangements were open to adjustment at every stage, and everything ran smoothly.

I would certainly recommend their services to others who sadly find themselves in my position.

From the first point of contact, Christian couldn't have been more helpful, kind and considerate to accommodate us, including the variation from the funeral plan. We were matched with the most wonderful celebrant and something I had been dreading wasn't anywhere near as difficult as I had imagined. On the day itself all the staff were most considerate of everyone especially mum whose in a wheelchair, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Rosedale to anyone without hesitation.

Due to both elderly parents’ deaths, this is the second time we have used Rosedale in 16 months. On each occasion, I have been very impressed by Faith’s warm and professional approach. She is extremely empathetic and always available to provide information and support during these challenging occasions. Because of Covid, our funeral arrangements had to change several times, and this was dealt with efficiently and with understanding.  All the staff are experienced and do an excellent job, so everything went smoothly on the day. I always recommend Rosedale to anyone who asks.
