Faith at Rosedales Halesworth was a complete star from the moment we met her. She handled everything with tact and empathy whilst being professional. Queries were dealt with extremely quickly. All their staff were very friendly and our mother couldn't have been cared for better.

Faith made the whole experience of planning my dear mothers funeral a good one. Her care and compassion was second to none. Her coffin was so beautiful having one of my mother's paintings wrapped around it all. Stunning and a real tribute to my mother's artistic talent.

Faith Ames has been absolutely marvellous in organising my late father’s funeral. Every detail was thought of and carried with such care and professionalism.

The ladies at Rosedale was really friendly understanding & helpfull helping us through our sad time .always happy to help answering all my questions I asked .they are very caring & looked after my mother with lots of care dressed her & kept us up to date.my mums funeral was arranged beautifully all the staff were smartly dressed.

The kind and caring service we received from Rosedale, Halesworth was excellent throughout, from taking our dear dad into their care to planning the day which he so deserved.  As a family we were mainly looked after by Faith and David, both were just lovely, nothing was too much trouble. They were both sensitive and thoughtful and both showed great compassion, they literally thought of everything with some lovely little touches and made a difficult time a lot easier for us all.  Many many thanks to Faith, David and all at Rosedale ♥️

Faith at Rosedale Halesworth is simply wonderful, she went more than the extra mile. She helped me every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble, she made what was a very difficult and upsetting time bearable. I feel that I have made a friend in her. The funeral was lovely and just what Ron would have wanted, all carried out with great respect, dignity and care. Everyone said so. I tell all my friends this.

Excellent service, the office manager Faith was so kind and considerate and made  the whole experience so easy. On the day the pall bearers and head the leader Lee handled everything so smoothly and with the utmost respect to my husband and with such care for the family
At such a sad time it is so reassuring to deal with people you can trust

I cannot recommend Faith at the Halesworth branch highly enough......she made it possible for me to get through this time by guiding me gently all the way. She is a very special person/employee.

The care and respect that the whole Rosedale team showed, with every aspect of the funeral was exceptional....it felt like each employee had taken a piece of my grief and made the funeral, and arrangements, personal to them.
