Fiona and Faith at Rosedale’s went out of their way to make sure the whole process of arranging the funeral of my mother to be as simple as possible and stress free. They listened to my preferences and just took everything onboard. They provided contact details of organisations who are there to help, which I found most useful and actually went on to organise a fixed price Probate service, which was also brilliant! I would also say that they provided us with a top rate celebrant for the service, she was superb. I would, without hesitation, recommend Rosedales.

Our whole experience with Rosedale was beyond our expectations. Faith was caring , understanding and extremely helpful in her guidance to me on how to arrange my husband’s funeral. She enabled us to put together a really personal and touching Service and made the whole experience a lot easier to bear. I cannot recommend Rosedale enough.

Funeral Arranger & Administrator Faith Ames is supported by a professional back of house team.
Rosedale’s compassionate staff are respectful, kind and sincere and offer an exceptional focus on people. They are caring and compassionate and are fully trained, professionals in their various roles.
Rosedale Funeral Home offers Bereavement Support Groups, which are free to attend and open to all, regardless of what funeral director you have used. Simba the Suffolk bereavement dog, is based at the Halesworth office, which is located within walking distance of several car parks and is away from the hustle and bustle of the main town centre. There is a private chapel of rest for viewings on the ground floor.

The team was incredibly attentive to our needs, customising the service to reflect the unique personality of our Nanna. Their sensitivity and understanding brought us comfort during such a challenging time.

I cannot praise Rosedale enough,especially Faith from the Halesworth office ,we didn’t have a conventional funeral as my mother had donated her body to the medical school,at Norwich UEA ,but she arranged for my mum to be in their care till she went to Norwich ,and guided and comforted me throughout ,putting my mind at ease on several occasions,then helped me to arrange a wonderful fitting Celebration of Life for my mum ,with a wonderful Celebrant who Faith recommend,
