Just what can I say.
From the minute my son, daughter, and my self entered the office we were treated with the upmost respect and dignity.
Nothing was to much trouble. They went along with our request.
Everything went so smoothly fro. Going in that first day to saying goodbye at the Crematorium.

I was very pleased with the careful and compassionate way the details and administration of the funeral arrangements were made. It was a very emotional and difficult time and Emma at the Radcliffe office was very sensitive and helpful.
Fred Beeson established a funeral service in Radcliffe on Trent in 1937 and moved to a purpose built funeral home in 1961. The business was incorporated into the A W Lymn group in 1994 and still remains at the same location. The premises underwent a major refurbishment in 2020.
The funeral home is run by Funeral Arranger Emma Hutton, who will be able to assist you Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm and on Saturdays, from 9 am to 12.30 pm. If you need assistance outside of office hours then please call the telephone number at any time.
The funeral home covers Radcliffe and all its surrounding areas, including Barnstone, Bingham, Caythorpe, Colston Bassett, Cotgrave, Cropwell Bishop, Cropwell Butler, East Bridgford, Granby, Gunthorpe, Harby, Hickling, Kinoulton, Langar, Long Clawson, Lowdham, Owthorpe, Plungar, Shelford, Tythby, Upper Saxondale and further afield.
The Rose family has a connection with Radcliffe dating over 100 years. A W Lymn The Family Funeral Service is currently run by Nigel, Matthew and Jackie Lymn Rose.

Mum’s funeral was beautiful and Lymns worked with me so that we could have exactly the day we wanted. It definitely was not a paint-by-numbers affair and they even worked very well with the third-party carriage services we instructed, such that the carriage company commended the funeral arranger’s (Emma’s) “we can” attitude when routes had to be changed last minute so that it caused the family no added pressure at all. I had also experienced that with Emma and Jane at Radcliffe who I had dealt with throughout, who were superb, and Ed, who was the funeral director on the day, was equally professional, respectful and friendly all at the same time. In fact Lymns approaches everything with the utmost professionalism and you know your loved one is being respected from the moment they are in their care. We have had Radcliffe on Trent Lymns for both Mum’s and Dad’s funerals and I feel blessed we made that choice.

I cannot thank Jane and Emma enough for their kindness and empathy for my son Toms funeral. It made a huge difference to our mourning for Tom. We felt so relaxed and able to talk about Tom as if they knew him. They went over and above for us for both sides if our families. They gave us time to make decisions at what has been the most tragic time of our lives. The day could not have gone better. We were even able to make cheerful conversation with our driver who made us laugh. The funeral certainly was not morbid and I couldn't imagine using anyone else. Thank you Lymms you were amazing x

We want to thank Jane, she was fantastic. She was really friendly and helped us with all our difficult decisions and made the funeral go very smoothly. We were stunned by how beautiful the flowers were.
She arranged for Val the Celebrant to give the service. We were all blown away by Val, she went above and beyond. She made the service memorable for happy reasons and everyone also commented on this after the service.

There was a problem with our flowers a combination of florists mistake but also Lymns at Bingham accepting them when they should have gone to Radcliffe

I have been involved in organising two funerals in the past twenty month, my father, November 2020 and my mother, March 2022.
Radcliffe on Trent Branch has helped me with both. Jane and Emma have been absolutely wonderful and I can't thank them enough for the wonderful service they have given me. They are very special people.
Both funerals were so well organised, they were sad but beautiful.
