From my very first phone call contact everything was dealt with efficiently and with compassion. At every step nothing was too much trouble for them. They dealt with my queries straight away. Emma was outstanding. She always had the time to talk and sometimes became a “counsellor”. Her understanding of what I was feeling was so comforting. The ladies who arranged the floral Roundel tribute were so kind too. The day of the funeral was carried out with great respect. Thank you to everyone who was involved.

The whole process was excellent, from the moment when I contacted them upon the death of my wife to the arrangements for the funeral. All involved were sympathetic and helpful, guiding me through everything that I needed to do, so making things much easier than I expected. They kept in touch at all times so I knew what was happening and when.
The funeral itself was emotional but it was carried out with professionalism and dignity.

A.W.Lymn's are the most professional in the service they offer. From start to finish, they think of everything, even down to the little things which add a lovely touch.
They take the strain out of what is usually a stressful occasion. Nothing was too much trouble, and they did our family proud.
