At a time of great sadness, Becky at the Rainworth office was exceptionally helpful, patient and understanding. Be ky was also very helpful when wanting to change already made plans. The staff for the day of the funeral were very professional and patient. Would recommend using this service.

To be honest, I chose A W Lymn at Rainworth because they were conveniently sited. Little did I know then how well I had chosen! Becky was a 'star'. She explained all the services available to me in detail ( including costs) at a time when I could barely think straight. I was able to make my choices online ( which suited me) knowing that Becky was always at the end of the phone should I need to talk face to face. Everything with the actual funeral went really well on the day. The cars arrived bang on time and the staff were very helpful and thoughtful. Absolute professionals!! Dad couldn't have had a better send off. Thank you A W Lymn!!!!!

My family and I would like to take the opportunity to thank Becky Hogg and Jonathan Baker for the excellent service they provided with my late wife's funeral. Both went over and above to ensure that our wishes were followed to the letter and everyone who attended gave us so much positive feedback. I am so impressed with the quality of AW Lymns that I am now contemplating taken out a funeral plan for myself. I do not have enough words to praise the team at Lymns, my wife looked amazing in the chapel of rest, she looked so good I found myself looking to see if her chest would rise and fall. At this very stressful time for our family, we were in a very caring and compassionate manner, Becky absolutely brilliant at what she does, no pressure, plenty time to make our minds up, kept in regular touch by e.mail.The day of the funeral, Andy was wonderful, so respectful , thank you everyone for making a sad day bearable.

We cannot thank the staff enough for the attention to detail & respect shown at my late father’s funeral. It’s been an extremely difficult time for our family as we were still grieving for our Mum who we had only lost six months previously.  On both occasions   the staff showed professionalism & respect.
