J.W. Hutchinson Family Funeral Services was established in 1904 and was sold to A.W. Lymn The Family Funeral Service in 2018. The building was fully renovated and modernised in 2019.
The funeral home is run by Funeral Arranger Becky Hogg who will be able to assist you Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm and on Saturdays, from 9 am to 12.30 pm. If you need assistance outside of office hours then please call the telephone number at any time.
The funeral home covers Rainworth and all its surrounding areas, including Blidworth, Bilsthorpe, Clipstone, Farnsfield, Papplewick, Ravenshead, Oxton and further afield.
Established in 1907, A W Lymn The Family Funeral Service is owned and managed by the Lymn Rose family. Nowadays, Nigel, Jackie and Matthew Lymn Rose run the company.

From start to finish Becky excelled herself . We used the office at Rainworth , despite living in Pleasley , because of Becky and will continue to do so . Her patience and dedication to us meant the world at such a distressing time .
The bearers on the day of the funeral were really attentive too and nothing was too much trouble .
I would highly recommend this funeral director and all their services in the future .

A.W Lymn Rainworth, provided the services for the funeral of my late Wife Patricia.
We chose them because they were the closest Funeral Directors to where we lived, we didn't know when we did, what a marvelous choice we had made.
Becky and all the staff at A.W.Lymn could not have been more helpful compassionate and respectful and they made a traumatic time in our families lives as easy for us as it could be.
I hope we do not have cause to use their services any time soon in the future, but when the time comes they will be our first choice. Thank you

I can’t thank Lymns enough, when I met Wendy for the first time, she put me at my ease and went through a few options but wasn’t pushy, she told me to take a few days to decide what I wanted. Wendy also recommended a Celebrant Nick Sharp who was a joy to speak to.
Becky was so kind and helpful too and very patient with me.
On the day of the funeral Jonathan and his team were wonderful and so respectful towards my beloved husband, they ensured everything went smoothly.
