Very professional service and were extremely passionate and caring from start till the end and made what was a very upsetting time a lot more easier to deal with. Martin was thoughtful and extremely understanding throughout the whole process as were other family members always available to answer questions and help with any queries. Would definitely recommend them to any one unfortunate enough to be going through a similar situation.

At the most difficult time you made it so easy and relaxed and nothing was too much trouble even dealing with things that the vicar should have dealt with and hadn’t!

Much appreciated and would highly recommend you, especially having had recent involvement with assisting someone else with another funeral directors (part of The Dignity Group) the difference in both the way you dealt with matters and the cost of everything was incredible. So personal from yourselves, and having been in business myself for 20years recognise the importance of that personal service and attention to detail is key to everything and subsequent recommendations that follow which you absolutely deserve and will certainly get from me

Very friendly and easy to talk to which made a difficult time easier.
They were happy to answer my questions anytime of the day and were able to accommodate everything we wanted.
My husband requested balloons instead of flowers and they were happy to help me.
