A very professional and sympathetic experience from start to finish, we were very happy with the whole support from the staff at Rowley and Sons .
We will definitely use their services again when unfortunately we require them .

The care, kindness and support I received from Rowley & Sons was exceptional.  While in their care my partner was so well looked after. They listened with compassion and empathy.  Nothing was too much trouble.  On the day of the funeral I could not have asked for more.  The respect they showed my partner, me & family was beyond expectation.  They made a very difficult time, a little bit easier and I will always be thankful to them.

Mr Rowley and family were amazing with the care they gave to my Dad and the excellent help in facilitating his funeral 300 miles away in Surrey. I and my family are extremely grateful for their kindness and wonderful care throughout our very sad and difficult time.

This wonderful family company provided us with comfort, care and excellent advice and service right from the first phonecall.

Martin, Elizabeth and their sons were absolutely brilliant.

They were efficient, caring, and we really felt as a family that they did their absolute best for my late wife, me and our children, going above and beyond what I would have expected.

They really took care with the detail, keeping in touch and offering advice and listening to us to make sure that everything could go as well as it possibly could. Genuinely first class service.

I really can't thank them enough for all they did during a very difficult period.

Rowleys were really compassionate and ultra professional. They looked after my husband with dignity and respect, and they helped me through a really dreadful time, giving guidance and advice. Very grateful for the kindness and efficiency shown by all at Rowley's in planning Annie's funeral. Everything was done with care and dignity and all the family's wishes were taken into account.

Although many family members were unable to attend because of lockdown they were greatly comforted even by following the ceremony online. I would highly recommend Rowley's. They are not just doing a job but providing a ministry.

Martin and his family/team were incredibly supportive and helpful. He understood the nuances we needed for this important occasion to be held under very difficult circumstances. Given how impeccably the funeral was conducted, Rowley's also offer tremendous value too. If you are looking for sympathetic help and advice, for time and space to make your difficult choices, and for complete confidence when the day finally comes, I can't recommend the company enough.
