From the moment myself and our 2 daughters walked into Kevin Moxons premises we met Helen who had such a caring, friendly manner in the most upsetting time of our lives. Together Kevin and Helen showed patience in helping to navigate the funeral process, there was never any pressure and nothing was too much trouble. They totally understood what we were going through with hugs and compassion . The funeral service went so smoothly and they quietly made sure it was perfect in every way. I can't thank them enough when sometimes I couldn't make decisions, they showed real compassion and understanding

Brilliant! from the off Kevin and his team put me at ease - and I absolutely couldn’t have done it without them! The help I had from him - from initial chats, Music, Pics etc right through to checking over the Camper we used as a Hearse and putting out Flags in the Crematorium etc. Never easy, but Kevin and team made it so much easier than it might have been! What can I say, Kevin and Helen were both brilliant I could not fault the service they provided at all. After speaking to a few funeral directors myself and the family chose Kevin Moxen's for a number of reasons. They made us feel comfortable when we were in our darkest place after losing mum. They made us feel looked after so I knew they would look after my mum.nothing was ever a trouble for them and they helped us so much in delivering a brilliant send off for mum. One she would have been proud of. They offered a phenomenal package at a very reasonable price. They were just through and through brilliant from beginning to end so thank you very much for all you have done for us all and looking after my mum before her journey began to heaven.
