Excellent and professional customer service friendly and helpful staff,every detail of the service was dealt with sympathetically and made very easy for my family to understand the whole process was conducted with great care and understanding.
Sarah and the Reverent Christopher  were there to guide us through the full Service and carried out the family’s wish’s to the letter My Wife Audrey had a beautiful Send off thanks to all the Staff at Columbus Ravine Funeral Services

I was very impressed with the quality of service regarding my late brother, Tony. Everyone was very sympathetic, and friendly. All the information required for the service to go ahead was carefully explained, and the staff were in regular contact with me for the whole period. Throughout the terrible time of losing mum I could not of asked for more of a supportive team as Co-op were. Mum passed away at home and the ladies that came were so respectful of mum. Then Paula went above and beyond to help me and I will be forever grateful to her for that. The day of the funeral went as smoothly as possible and mum would of been so thankful that she chose their funeral plan with them. Thank you on behalf of my family in helping mums send off and celebration of her life to go so well.

Following the loss of my lovely Mum I'm so glad I chose Co-op Funeral Services. Paula the Funeral Arranger gave us a fabulous service. Answering questions we had and helping with things we were not sure about. She was empathetic, kind and professional. From our first contact with Paula at the Co-op funeral services right through to the funeral director undertaking the service itself, everything was excellent. I cannot praise them enough for all their consideration and the dignified way they treated my Son (the deceased) and the rest of family with the upmost professionalism and empathy. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to any other family that require the assistance of a funeral service.
