Kev, was extremely professional and Kev as the owner was very reachable and attentive to queries/requests. He also carried out the service, did an outstanding job. His delivery was thoughtful, respectful, and captured the spirit of my father perfectly. It felt deeply personal, and many who attended commented on how touching and well-led the service was.

From first meeting Kevin I found him kind, compassionate, and caring. 
When he came to the house to discuss the funeral, He tailored the funeral to our needs and that of my Dad. 
My Dad wanted the last post played at his funeral. Kevin played the Last Post on his Cornet.  
It felt more a celebration of Dads life than a funeral, which is what dad wanted. 
I cannot Thank Kevin and his team enough for all the help and Support.

All the staff was great and they was all very helpful and Helen was very good as well she made time for us to see mum after the office was closed and was always an call away to help if needed

Together Kevin and Helen showed patience in helping to navigate the funeral process, there was never any pressure and nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant! from the off Kevin and his team put me at ease - and I absolutely couldn’t have done it without them! The help I had from him - from initial chats, Music, Pics etc right through to checking over the Camper we used as a Hearse and putting out Flags in the Crematorium etc. Never easy, but Kevin and team made it so much easier than it might have been!
