My mother passed away in the early hours of the morning at home. After contacting Roberts they came straight away to take her away, while all the time being respectful to her and ourselves. They also took care of the funeral.
They made sure no stone was left unturned and advised us all the way through. This is the second time I have used them and cannot find any faults with there professionalism.

George and his staff were so kind to me and Alex at this difficult time. George guided us through each step with respect and kindness. From the first when he took Brian to the chapel of rest, to helping us organise the funeral and he recommended Anna, our celebrant. The service was perfect and the flowers were beautiful. The venue at the North Cliff golf club for the wake was lovely and everyone enjoyed the food and drink. We were able to celebrate Brian's life with our guests and give him the send off he deserved.
