From start to finish, G Robert’s were unbelievable. It felt like nothing was too much for them and they understood everything we as a family were going through, it felt personal.

At such a difficult and challenging time, having G Robert’s support made it that bit easier and relieved the burden they could. Contactable when needed, check ins and a beautiful service on the day, we as a family will forever be thankful and grateful - thank you.

My mother passed away in the early hours of the morning at home. After contacting Roberts they came straight away to take her away, while all the time being respectful to her and ourselves. They also took care of the funeral.
They made sure no stone was left unturned and advised us all the way through. This is the second time I have used them and cannot find any faults with there professionalism.

George and his staff were so kind to me and Alex at this difficult time. George guided us through each step with respect and kindness. From the first when he took Brian to the chapel of rest, to helping us organise the funeral and he recommended Anna, our celebrant. The service was perfect and the flowers were beautiful. The venue at the North Cliff golf club for the wake was lovely and everyone enjoyed the food and drink. We were able to celebrate Brian's life with our guests and give him the send off he deserved. Excellent service. Despite living in Devon and the funeral in Scarborough, George and team took care of everything via phone and email to allow us time to travel etc. Lovely service on the day and made it possible to scatter the ashes the following day, so our return trip to Devon was not delayed. From my initial call on Christmas Day when my father passed to his funeral 3 weeks later Roberts services were impeccable. Nothing too much trouble and everything organised with such professionalism. My father had the most amazing send off. Robert’s Funeral Directors were amazing.

On the day of the funeral George and pallbearers had to deal with ice and snow, although the conditions were difficult, everything was dealt with respectfully.

Although this was a very sad time of our life's as a family , every single member of staff did their upmost to support and guide us in this very difficult time . The home or office visits were extremely professional but also friendly and warm . We had several visits to the chapel and were supported every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble . The day of the service was hard but made so much easier by the support from staff who guided us and set the expectations from the very start so we knew what the day ahead of us would look like . Honestly can not fault them and forever grateful they handled everything for mums funeral, what am amazing team you all are . Thank you from each and every one of us .
