The team of girls were exceptional and very helpful from start to finish nothing was too much trouble .
Sara was very thoughtful throughout and so caring and understanding in carrying out our needs.

If you are sadly confronted with the task of arranging a funeral for your loved one, I cannot recommend Co-op FuneralCare professionals, Rob, Stephanie, Paula, Sara and the pall bearers highly enough. From the moment we arrived at their office on the day our Dad died, until bidding them farewell after the funeral, we felt totally secure with their arrangements, as we did leaving our Dad in their care. Welcoming, friendly compassionate and professional. They gave us all the time we needed to come to our decisions on the type of funeral we wanted for Dad. Explaining things carefully and reverently with us. Even though it is a terribly sad and confusing time, I was filled with fondness for how they arranged everything, taking
time with us. Not least recommending Diane the celebrant who came to our house to discuss how we wanted to explore Dads life. She wrote and performed a memorable eulogy for him and conducted the service for us. Thank you everyone.

Rob, is an absolute legend he made things a lot easier for me to handle and the girls I dealt with at Columbus ravine were amazing so understanding all of them so much so that I told my daughter that when anything happens to me she must go and see rob and the girls at Columbus ravine to sort my funeral. They honestly couldn't do enough I take my hat off to them all, so considerate amazing send off...

The Coop were fantastic. Easy to organise a direct cremation online without any fuss. 
Friendly and efficient, kept me informed throughout the whole process. 
Explained everything in a respectful but friendly manor. 
Very good value too.

You did us all so proud. Our family can not thank the Columbus Ravine Funeralcare enough for how much they cared for and looked after our father. Paula, Steph, Maxx, Rob and the whole team, you were absolutely wonderful. You knew him very well before he sadly passed away and you did him proud.
On a daily/weekly basis you gave us the support we needed, Friday telephone calls in particular. You made my sister and I feel at ease, especially when we came to see our Dad for the last time, that meant the world to us.
Your services are completely outstanding, you carried out Mum's funeral 7 years ago, we didn't think you could top it again, but you most certainly did for our Dad.
What can we say about the flower arrangement, the best ever 3d Motorbike we have seen. Truly outstanding skills, so beautifully done, everyone could not believe it when they saw it at the crematorium. Dad would've loved it too. Thank you Louise Florist.
The celebrant you recommended was perfect, thank you again, Julie.
You all work as a team and understand what each family requires, that's something hard to find.
Most of all, you gave and treated our Dad with the up most dignity that he so deserved. Thank you so much, it made a very hard day go with great ease.

The service you all gave was extremely good and the personal support I received from all the staff was exceptional I felt at ease the moment I stepped into the office and each time I had to visit especially the last visit when I collected the ashes in the lovely scatter tube still waiting for the two roses with ashes in to put in my matching vases at my home thank you all very much for the service provided God bless each and every one of you

Super-friendly professional team totally committed to getting everything 'spot-on' and they did indeed ! The only disappointment, and I'm not marking the local team down for this as it's out of their control, was the centralised out of hours phone service. Chose Co-op expecting friendly local service which we did get from the local team but there was a glitch with the out of hours phone service which caused distress at a very difficult time, I was about to cancel and ring another funeral director when we eventually got the callback. I raised my concerns about prospective lack of communication to Sarah and Paula and was kindly given Sarah's own phone number for any out of hours worries (there weren't any but it was comforting to know that was available) Well done and thank you Paula and Sarah! I hope Coop resolve this issue.

My beloved husband Don was spoken of and treated in a very respectful and caring manner. Myself and family were treated with kindness care and compassion. The actual Funeral itself was managed in a very dignified respectful manner. I would not hesitate to recommend the CO-OP team as the right option for a funeral of any kind. The level of care, compassion and attentiveness given by everyone at Co-Op funeralcare, Columbus Ravine was outstanding. They made the most difficult situation so simple and ensured that all of my nana’s wishes were fulfilled to the very last detail. Following the funeral, aftercare was given from the incredible team to ensure that I was okay and the service went as I had hoped. I cannot fault a single action done by the team, they were nothing less than perfect.
