I want to thank Adam and the team at Falsgrave Funeral Service for the kindness they showed to myself and my son and the care and gentle respectful way they looked after my husband throughout the most difficult time. 

The special personal touches that were included on the day of the service were perfect to help us say goodbye and every fine detail was taken care of. 

Everyone that attended the service expressed how beautiful it was and we were proud to have given my husband the day that he deserved.

Organising a funeral at such an emotional time is so hard but meeting Adam was the best decision made ! He is professional and talks through everything in a caring sensitive way. He kept me in the loop all through the journey and went that extra mile to make things smooth and stress free. It's sometimes the little things that mean the most. Thank you for helping to make such a difficult time that much easier, by offering a person-centred, sensitive approach from the first telephone contact.
Kirsty had my mum looking so well, I came to see her almost every day. The chapel felt so welcoming, it was lovely to have the opportunity to spend moments in quiet reflection with her there.
The day of the funeral went without any issues, and my family felt totally supported by Falsgrave Funeral Service. 
Mum’s service was everything she requested, we had a beautiful day, and couldn’t be more satisfied with the guidance given on all aspects of the arrangement. Thank you! 🙏

When my lovely Dad passed away I was responsible for arranging the funeral having never had to do it before. family to focus on grieving.

From the initial consultation to the final farewell, their empathy and understanding were evident. They patiently guided us through the process, ensuring every detail was handled with sensitivity and respect.

The comforting discussion provided a peaceful space for us to be involved but not overwhelmed. We were very much equipped to say our goodbyes. Their staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, making a difficult time a little easier to bear.
