We found Roseberry funeral service at Marske to be extremely helpful when we were faced with the sudden,unexpected death of a close member of our family.
From our first enquiries,right up to the funeral, they dealt with everything and were kind and considerate, especially Paige who looked after us every step of the way, explaining each stage and checking in with us by text or phone call. She made arranging everything that bit easier in what we found very difficult circumstances.

On the whole happy but very disappointed that the visual tribute was not complete. Several of my chosen pictures were not shown.
Obviously not an omission that can be rectified, the moment has passed.

Hi Paige,

I just wanted to get back to you following Dad’s funeral on Tuesday to say thank you so much on behalf of our whole family for your tremendous help and support in looking after Dad and also preparing and delivering the service.

When we sat down together to agree the details of the funeral, you managed to cover all the key decisions in one go. Your help in pulling together all the different aspects was so important to us. We just couldn’t have done it without your support and experience… 

This included liaising with Leti (our chosen celebrant), the crematorium and the florists etc. on top of this we were really delighted with the order of service you produced.

We had so many people talking to us at the reception afterwards saying how well the day had gone and how it was just what Dad would have wanted. 

Thank you again for your brilliant support all the way through the process…. You genuinely made an awful time so much easier to cope with for all of us.
