From the moment Ben arrived he put us at ease with his caring manner explaining the process and options available to us. He offered appropriate advice and guidance being both professional and empathetic to our needs. We were kept informed every step of the way with excellent communication throughout. We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for looking after our mam with dignity and compassion
The Funeral service itself was very professional and went to plan which made the day much easier for all the family. I could not speak too highly of the service we were provided and would recommend Andrew Grey without reservation.

I rang Andrew grey when my mother passed away & spoke to Ben white, Ben was really professional when I was speaking to him & came to my fathers house three days later to arrange the funeral nothing was as too much trouble & my mothers wishes were met with absolutely no problems what so ever, on the day of the service Andrew himself carried out the funeral & he & his staff we’re brilliant Andrew’s professional guidance made a really difficult day a lot easier, Andrew even played the organ & the piano for the hymns which meant the world to our family, we can’t speak highly enough of Andrew & his staff, the personal touch really makes all the difference, Thanks so much all at Andrew grey funeral directors.
