From the moment Ben arrived he put us at ease with his caring manner explaining the process and options available to us. He offered appropriate advice and guidance being both professional and empathetic to our needs. We were kept informed every step of the way with excellent communication throughout. We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for looking after our mam with dignity and compassion The Funeral service itself was very professional and went to plan which made the day much easier for all the family. The whole family can't thank Andrew grey and everyone invloved for an exceptional service and overall day. There were so many personal touches and attention to detail and we knew we were in safe hands and all of the negatives to an otherwise sad time was dealt with brilliantly and cant recommend enough.
