These people are true legends. Really looked after me and my family in a true time of need and confusion. Graham totally calmed me down from the fist call as I had no idea what was happening. Paige added total class and professionalism to the whole situation and Andy was amazing and was able to pull stories and memories out of me that I had totally forgotten. The whole experience was made so simple. We can't thank this team enough.

My sister and myself chose Roseberry funeral services to take care of our mam and we are so glad we did, from the first phone call with Graham we felt at ease. He was superb and dealt with us all the way through the organising, everything was perfect from the flowers to the actual service. But to me the most special thing was how lovely our mam looked in the chapel of rest, from having a terrible experience with our dad with a different funeral directors we were nervous about how she would look, we shouldn’t of been, Graham had taken so much care and mam looked like the worry of the last 8 months of illness had disappeared and she was at peace, which in turn made us at peace. Thank you Roseberry funerals 100% would recommend.

Roseberry funeral services have been excellent during this difficult and challenging time for me. From my initial enquiry with Michelle who was extremely helpful and caring, through to my interactions with Paige. Paige kept in touch, was very professional, she was supportive, caring, understanding and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. The flowers were amazing and exactly what we had asked and Tracey delivered a wonderful service. My mum would have been very proud. All attendees commented on how well presented it all was. Thank you all.

Our mother passed just before Christmas 2024, it was unexpected and devastating time but Graham and Andy went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. The care, patience and compassion that was offered to us and out mother was beautiful. We honestly can not thank them enough. Thank you.
