As a Co-op member as I quoted a discount of £50 on the funeral. I paid for the funeral in full based on this quote. Later in the day I received a call to say that the quote was wrong and I had to pay a further £25. I collected my mother's ashes on the 5th May. I received a call on the 6th May informing me that the ashes were ready to collect.

During a very difficult time, we had tremendous support from Jeannie and the other staff. They were very accommodating and did everything possible to make the process smooth and manageable.

The service was lovely, and very nice. The plans made by a close family member were followed as desired and we were able to give Brenda the recognition she deserved.

Because family was returning internationally, the home arranged for a timely spreading of the ashes and the final farewell.

My thanks to Jeannie for making a very difficult process a little easier.
