I would highly recommend co-op funeral care. From beginning to end all the staff involved have been so professional and caring. From arranging the service, visual display, service booklet etc, the celebrant and funeral director I can't thank them enough!!!!!!

From the start to finish of the arrangements I found David and Emma to be professional, compassionate and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very supportive, allowing me and my family to change our minds over some initial decisions. The only small hiccup was on the day of the funeral there was a delay getting the order of service to us so we had to start the funeral without it but this was soon rectified. We felt in very safe and caring hands.

Was happy with the staff so kind and helpful only thing I could fault was that we had to pay for out of hours service to see my mam that passed as family worked and couldn't get out of work to come during the day but overall happy with the funeral

I have been to several funerals in my lifetime. The one for Paddy was exceptional. The funeral director kept in touch daily at the vital time and could not do enough for her family. They showed both sympathy and empathy, everything went smoothly and conducted beautifully. Nothing was too much trouble and for that I and her family are deeply grateful. Thank you so much x

Right from our first meeting at Hilda House the staff have been exemplary, Katie was so kind and professional as she talked us through the details of our fathers funeral referring to him as been in 'our care', she kept in touch before and after the funeral making sure we were happy with everything. Katie sorted everything our for us the music and even the photos to be used in the chapel she was amazing. On the day Penny was wonderful keeping us calm explaining everything that was going to happen.
We can't fault this company at all they were all wonderful.

Myself and my two sisters Josie, Chris, brother Billy and my wife Annette have all said the funeral arrangements and service were excellent. The funeral director and office staff were first class as was the church minister.
