First time dealing with a funeral directors and I have to say they made the whole experience as easy as it could have been given the circumstances. They were extremely helpful, polite, empathetic and professional. They gave my father dignity providing him with a lovely casket and a quiet room for me to say my final goodbyes. I’m so grateful to all the staff there and would highly recommend their services to others.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care we received from Roseberry Funeral Services. We have a difficult family dynamic, yet the team, especially Paige, handled everything with patience, understanding and genuine compassion. They went above and beyond, guiding us through a very emotional time with professionalism and kindness. Fabulous INDEPENDENT funeral service. From start to finish all staff were amazing, thoughtful and showed the upmost respect to my father and us as a grieving family. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Personal touches throughout to show we were not just customers but a bereaved family wanting the absolute best for our loved one. Everything was explained clearly and they had the skills to tease out our wishes at a very difficult time. The staff we dealt with at Roseberry Funeral Services feel like family friends now. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - they were just brilliant.

This was the first time I'd had to organise a funeral so I had no knowledge of what I needed to do.I contacted Roseberry Funeral Services and spoke to Paige.She managed my dad's funeral from start to finish and was excellent. I would definitely use again.Also Tracy the celebrant was very good.I would recommend this company highly.

Tony Jepson and Roseberrys were excellent and provided a first class service for my dad’s funeral.

At this difficult time I never felt rushed or pressured in any way and everything was dealt with in a super professional and caring manner.   

There was no extra selling and the price quoted was the price paid.
