Very kind and sympathetic. The funeral day went very smoothly with the expert guidance from all the staff at the funeral home. All our wishes were carried out on the day. Every detail was checked to make certain the day would be as we wished, which it was.  A huge ‘Thank You’ to all the staff for everything.

Funeral directors were fantastic, did a magnificent job not only in Wroxham but also Eastbourne, caring, understanding and so professional.
Having just organised the funeral arrangements I had a call from Co-op legal department offering their services for probate at an estimated cost of £15500.00 plus they suggested insurance in case of a challenge to the will and advised me this was a competitive cost. I have subsequently obtained 2 further quotations from my own solicitor and that of Mrs Gilbert’s at a maximum cost of £4500.00.
When I received a call from the Co-op agent I challenge the cost but it could not be justified to my satisfaction, I  cannot believed the Co-op would stoop so low at a time when people are so vulnerable, this type of behaviour appalls me and I will view the Co-op in a very different light in the future.
