Our parents had taken out a funeral plan … All the staff at Peter Taylor were attentive and supportive and respectful . Nothing was too much trouble and they explained the process at each stage and allowed us time to process the information .. we didn’t feel at any time that we were on our own , they advised and directed us to where we needed to go .. On the day of the funeral they explained the whole process again and allowed us time to pay our respects .. Fantastic service .. very personal .

Thank you for giving us such a high quality service and very sympathetic to our needs. We had used you before nearly 10 years ago and it was amazing that you could recall our needs then. Despite dealing with things over Zoom it was still a very personal service, and thanks to Howard and Jo for all their help at this difficult time.

The care and attention I received whilst making arrangements for my mothers funeral was exceptional. The funeral service arranger took all of the stress and worry out of the process and nothing was too much trouble. I had been worried about how to progress matters but Jo Waghorn was obviously experienced enough to anticipate all of my needs in making the arrangements. The funeral I needed was not a straightforward one, but Jo undertook all of the additional arrangements without fuss and liaised with a colleague from the Cooperative Funeral Services in another county to ensure that everything went smoothly on the day, which it did. I cannot praise Jo highly enough for the dedication and absolute professionalism she showed throughout. I would highly recommend Peter Taylor Funeral care to anyone who needs this service.
