Rowland Brothers were fantastic. They made a very difficult time so much easier to deal with. It wasn’t only the loss of my Dad that we had to contend with but trying to organise his funeral during the time of Covid-19 was all but impossible but Carol and particularly Carly were so kind and helpful, it felt like they really cared and no request we had was too much. I can’t thank them enough.  I would definitely recommend them time and time again.

Rob thank you for handling the crisis at the grave side. Your assistant was perfect knowing at this difficult time and crisis I needed someone to take control as this was never going to be normal.

The advice and guidance given made everything so easy to deal with at such as difficult time, the care they provided to my mum and the viewing in the chapel of rest made us feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral they kept me informed as to the procedure and what to do and guided me through every step of the way, making sure I was ok. Very professional throughout and after care is also provided if required.

Very good, everything we asked for they did. Nothing was any trouble. Sometimes going out of their way. Very professional. Feed back : I would have liked clearer instruction as to what way the coffin would face once the coffin was inside the church. I asked for one way but instead the coffin was placed the opposite way to what I had requested. And in fact the way I had requested showed the best side of our loved one rather than the worst side. So when it came for the coffin to be opened to pay our last respects, I was sad because the worst side of our loved one was on display rather than the best side because the coffin was not the way round I had requested. Thank you

We had a professional and compassionate service from the staff at Rowland brothers. They helped through all the details and were at hand to answer questions at any time. Sally, Tracy and their colleagues were approachable and responsive .  On the day of the funeral the funeral director and his team were calm and professional and kept us to time without appearing to rush the family. The service was worth every penny.

In the toughest time of my life Rowland brothers was fantastic. Everything went smooth from start to finish, Carly is excellent really helpful and extremely thorough planning everything in such detail. My Dad had a  lovely place to rest until the day of the funeral. I’m so happy with the results the toughest day of my life was made to be a happy day.

100% would recommend! Was recommended to me by more than one person that’s previously used them.
