Sarah, James and the team at Albert Parr’s provided an exceptional level of care and compassion. From our first meeting, Sarah guided us with warmth and understanding, ensuring that every detail was handled with sensitivity and respect. She took the time to listen to our wishes and offered thoughtful suggestions, making sure the funeral service was a fitting tribute.

The organisation was very smooth, from arranging the order of service to coordinating with the crematorium and celebrant. Their kindness and patience made a difficult time that little bit easier, and we are deeply grateful for their excellent level of care.

It’s difficult to put in to words how wonderful everyone at Albert Parr have been, this is the first funeral I have had to arrange and I was guided with compassion and kindness through every stage. From the very moment that mum passed everyone treated her and the respect we as family wanted for her, the gentleman that collected her from the house were lovely to us only moving mum when we were ready. The arrangements for the funeral were made with Sarah who was amazing, she allowed us to take our time to make our decisions, checked in with me regularly to make sure we were okay, recommend the most amazing celebrant Jo, who spent time with us as a family to find out about mum and again guiding us with compassion, the service lead by her was beautiful, it couldn’t have been better. And finally the team on the day of the funeral, lead by Alan, were wonderful and again took away any stress we might have had, the day was the perfect day we wanted to say goodbye to our mum.
I cannot recommend Albert Parr highly enough.

From the moment the guys came to remove my father from the care home right up to the end of the funeral service everyone was truly compassionate and caring . We were always dealt with processionally. I can’t thank them enough for everything and making a difficult time a lot easier to cope with. We are celebrating dads life and not letting his death be the forefront of his life.

Dawn and her team are the best you will ever fined. We have used Albert Parr for many years. They are polite courteous and supportive and able to address difficult situations. They go above and beyond and reassure you your loved ones are being looked after until their final journey.

We have used Albert Parr & Sons for all our family funerals as long as I can remember. We were really happy with the arrangements for Dad’s funeral, from the moments after his death to dropping us at the post funeral celebration. On this occasion, as always, they did a great job and are always personable and relatable.

The biggest complement to any business is to use them again,which is what we did for our Mum’s funeral and once again we were not disappointed.

Dawn and Sarah deal with everything in an efficient manner and guide you should you need it, even down to matching the celebrant who they think is best suited to your needs.

I would have no hesitation in using their services again and would recommend them tho others.

Our family have used Albert Parr for a number of funerals over the past few years.  Couldn’t imagine using anybody else after my Mum passed away.  The whole team offer a professional, caring & friendly service.  Two things in particular that stand out for me are patience & excellent listening skills, both of which are very important at a such a difficult time & both of which Sarah has in abundance. I never ever felt rushed to make decisions & when I was struggling Sarah would offer useful & thoughtful ideas. Thanks to everyone.

I was heavily pregnant when my Dad suddenly passed so I was highly emotional and worried about physically being fit enough to attend the funeral after having a c-section. 
Sarah (Penge branch) was absolutely amazing! Sarah delivered a tailored and compassionate service and ensured that everything was arranged around me being able to attend my Dads funeral without worry.
Sarah was an excellent communicator throughout so we were never in doubt with what to expect; there were multiple little touches that Sarah employed that I both appreciated and will never forget.
I really cannot recommend them enough.
