I would just like to thank the co-op for everything.
They made the process as smooth as possible always available to talk and answer my never ending questions.
So professional, they catered to all my familys needs and ideas to make a tailored ceremony my Dad would of been proud of. I cannot fault them in any way, the courtesy that was shown was incredible everyone on the team was exceptional from the celebrant to the funeral director. I highly recommend co-op as they have high standards and are completely at your service.
Again I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

From my first meeting with Vicky to arrange my mother’s funeral right through to the day itself, everything ran like clockwork. Freddie, our funeral director on the day was very helpful. Everyone involved acted with dignity & professionalism.

the funeral care my late mum had was excellent. I would like to mention about
Vicky toop(I think that was her surname) she was wonderful. she is a credit to
the co-op. she was kind and compassionate. the flowers that I chose were
beautiful and the service went well. a BIG thank you to all involved. my mum was treated with dignity that was sadly missing in her last days.

I was happy with the level of service provided and felt that you were responsive to any enquiries that I made and that we were able to progress through any problems with a minimum of fuss.

When there was a problem with regard to the availability of a celebrant due to illness Co-op secured a replacement who communicated with us and made efforts until pretty late in the day to make sure he had the relevant material he needed to do my brother proud.

Overall, I feel that you were sensitve to family needs at a very difficult time for us.
