F A Albins & Sons we exemplary throughout. They were very sensitive to our loss and so helpful with every request we had while we planned the funeral. When the funeral day took place, they brought an air of respect and dignity to the whole ceremony that made it feel very special to our family and gathered a lot of compliments from everyone that attended. The whole team at F A Albin Mottingham from the very beginning at meeting Neil to the day of our mums funeral was met with exemplary professionalism, kindness & care. I couldn't fault in any way. We'd like to thank you all for making the day go so perfectly & giving the best send off we could of asked for or wonderful mum . A special mention to George who lead our cars to Kemnal park. His gentleness helped me in not going into a full blown panic attack when our mum arrived. We'd like also to thank you so much for recommending Jo. We genuinely don't think we would have got through the day without her. You got it so right. Many people at the wake praised her professional approach added with kindness & humanity.
