I cannot speak highly enough of the Bourne office. Jodie has been amazing as has everyone I have had the pleasure to deal with. Mums funeral was very beautiful made better by Dena and her calmness throughout. Thanks also go to Simon who ran the service for us. This is our second parents' funeral dealt with by Bourne and both were equally handled brilliantly and respectfully. All I can say us a huge THANK YOU to all of you involved.

Jodie was understanding and compassionate. She helped put my mind at rest and answered all my questions with patience.

HOWEVER the mix up regarding the outstanding 3months to pay on the funeral plan was a farce! I was told by the representative when I took out the policy that the plan would be honoured even if one of us died before it was paid off. I had no issues with paying it off but you could have left it to run on the direct debit instead of refusing to create my husband until.it was paid. I had already paid the majority of the money and if it had been a problem it could have been taken out of my husband's estate. It caused me extra worry and anguish which could have been avoided. I would therefore think twice before recommending you to others.

I hope you will consider my complaint carefully before damaging someone elses mental health the way you did mine!

I felt very supportive throughout this sad time, Jodie was very kind and gave me plenty of time to organise the funeral - I was not rushed. The flowers were beautiful and the order of service was excellent which made me cry. The funeral director at the crematorium was very kind and again no rush was felt.
In summary ececellent supportice care was given throughout

We can't thank Jodie and the team enough. Wonderful client care... So caring, professional and friendly. They treated us all with such dignity and kindness. Jodie was always welcoming and the cups of tea helped. We visited Dad in the Chapel and Jodie was on hand to support us. It turned out to be a beautiful experience visiting Dad, as we'd been nervous.
Neil was also professional and kind.
So pleased we choose this service and highly recommend it to others.
