Very attentative from beginning to end. Professional and friendly offering guidance and emotional support.
From the first meeting there were no sale pitching, just a relax conversations about our loved one and what we would like. All information was relayed clearly and in writing. The day of the funeral was compassionate, professional and supportive from.beggining to end. The support offered extends after all services have been completed. It felt more like popping in for a cuppa and a chat whenever I went in for various things during the time they looked after our loved one. If it was my funeral, I would want them to look after me.
