From Initial contact with the funeral director Rick the whole process was clearly explained and very well organised and conducted in a friendly and thoughtful manor making the whole process a lot easier for us than we expected. The flowers the COOP arranged at our design far exceeded our hopes (it was a bespoke commission) . The funeral went with out a hitch !

Rick put my mind at rest by explaining everything that would happen to Jimmy in an unattended cremation,he didn’t rush me at all although I knew he was very busy . I think he went above and beyond his duty to get me membership discount and the best way to get ashes back.Thank you he was very respectful and friendly.

A sad day but a brilliant day for my partner David.
From the start of the service to the end everything was handled with dignity and a sincere feeling for our loss of David. Gemma was caring and genuinely emotional.
Rick the funeral director made everyone at ease with what he said and done.
Everything went smoothly and everyone commented on the beautiful eulogy Gemma gave.
I can only recommend just how much the Co-Op funeral service made a very sad day into one that we all praised.
Well done Gemma, Rick and all the staff you done David proud.

What can I say, my dads funeral was very personalised, staff amazing and did everything to make the day a perfect send off.

They made us feel like nothing was too much and in fact it wasn't. Mum got to see dad in the chapel of rest and they did exactly as we asked. I rang often and Vicky never made me feel a pain, she was always polite, informative and courteous. As for the funeral Director himself he was so helpful to me as I took the humanist funeral myself.
A sad occasion made better by a brilliant team.

When my dad pass way the coop did my dad funeral and they welcome the family open arms in September last year when my mum pass away and I went back to the coop again the welcome me with open arms and supported me and when I visited my mum she was in peace and look lovely thank you all the stuff who look after my parents
