Having arranged my sister's funeral 3 years ago I knew the colleagues in New Romney Co-op would be outstanding. This was manifested by their excellence in arranging my wife's funeral recently. The Booklet was wonderful, the flowers were beautiful, the documentation was impeccable; most important of all was the personal consideration given to myself, given that sometimes I was near to incoherence because of my personal grief and distress. The service of Vanessa and her team in the difficult [for me] cremation service was appropriate, helpful and very welcome. I could not fault anything during the whole situation. Thank you. My Husband was look after and the funeral parlour was Excellent with everythink.i was has he wife very Happy with everything they done for my Husband Tom.and All so my Husband sons was really Happy and my seft with the out come off the funeral Arrangements.very Happy indeed

Very good service. The ladies were very kind and polite and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Multiple staff members visited the branch and all came back saying how lovely they were.

Losing your husband is heartbreaking, but everyone at New Romney funeral care, have been so kind and caring. I cannot praise them highly enough, from collecting my husband right through to dealing with his ashes. I would recommend their services to anyone at such sad times.

From the moment I contacted the New Romney Office, the team went above and beyond to help in our moment of need.
The communications were prompt, respectful, courteous and understanding.
Nikki opened up the office late on a Sunday afternoon to enable my nephew's time to spend with their dad before the funeral.
On the day of the funeral, Vanessa and the team were extremely professional and respectful in the way they carried out their duties having already carried out research into the route and timings, everything went to plan.
I cannot fault the advice, guidance and professionalism given to us and the care given to my brother and his family.

You’re never prepared for arranging a funeral so to have empathetic, considerate support from this company is so important. They know their stuff so can advise whilst bearing in mind what the grieving need/request. They keep in contact and always make you feel that your grief is unique and important to them. They are incredibly skilled at handling family disagreements and everything turns out well. They really seem to care. And their voices- the timbre and quality- is absolutely what you need when your world has fallen apart
