I’m extremely happy with the way that W J Farrier & Son Ltd, Hythe made all the arrangements for the funeral of Michael John Lyons and for not only all that they did for Michael and myself, but also for helping me get through a very tough time.

Michael’s funeral was a very special day and W J Farrier & Son Ltd, Hythe made it especially so.

Phil and his team were excellent.  I couldn’t have asked for better care.  My mum died on Boxing Day morning and Phil collected her body within a couple of hours and called me immediately to reassure me she was in their safe keeping.  Phil led me through the whole process with professionalism, care,  empathy and expertise. Phil kept me fully updated on when and what things needed to be done and if I needed to call the phone was always answered promptly.  Nothing was too much trouble and I was grateful for the advice Phil gave me when I needed a helping hand. I felt blessed that at a very emotional time in our family’s life, Phil was there to take such good care of my mum. Thank you to Phil and the team at W.J. Farriers and Son.

I can’t praise Farrier’s enough for their handling of my late Mam’s funeral. From the first second they handled everything with professionalism and ease and the service itself went the best it possibly could have.
