You couldn't ask for a better service, caring, calming, informative and always available. My Dad's funeral was before Christmas, there were some challenges, however they were so good with my Mum, understanding, attentive and caring with the preparations and on the day of the funeral they were exemplary. Throughout the whole process Phil was always kind and patient. I never felt that there was anything I had missed or was not doing correctly. I had no experience of funerals but he led me through everything and made sure that I was totally happy with my choices. He made sure that the flowers were not imported, and I was very satisfied with the final bouquet, and he found me a celebrant who was exactly the right fit for our family. Hello Farriers: Phil Turner is very kind, gentle, considerate, thoughtful, helpful, understanding, professional man could not ask for more.
Ann is very pleasant, kind, gentle and helpful too. All arrangements were handled perfectly, a thank you to Geoff for sorting and asking Steve Tozar to record a special song at short notice in our name meant a lot much appreciated, a big thank you to Steve Tozar. Geoff spoke very well at the service (a very lovely man) just a little hiccup with part of the wording luckily all was ok thankfully.
I thank Phil & Ann for allowing me to have my lovely Jon with me for the last few days over a weekend this was very comforting for me, still hard to believe my lovely husband Jon has gone !! We were a bit rushed after the service to make a move, which Phil did apologise for, i could'nt speak to every one as there were not time and some friends we had not seen for a long time had to go so never got to speak to them.( you had the next Funeral at the door to come in!
I thought from start to finish time went very quick, i'm sure you have a few persons to get through with more and more living longer now. Overall still give 5*:) 30/06/2024 K.Elam. Thank you all at Farriers for your kindness and help.

Phil and his team were excellent.  I couldn’t have asked for better care.  My mum died on Boxing Day morning and Phil collected her body within a couple of hours and called me immediately to reassure me she was in their safe keeping.  Phil led me through the whole process with professionalism, care,  empathy and expertise. Phil kept me fully updated on when and what things needed to be done and if I needed to call the phone was always answered promptly.  Nothing was too much trouble and I was grateful for the advice Phil gave me when I needed a helping hand. I felt blessed that at a very emotional time in our family’s life, Phil was there to take such good care of my mum. Thank you to Phil and the team at W.J. Farriers and Son.
