Such an amazing organisation to deal with at the most difficult time that anyone has to go through.
Adam, who supported us through everything, was amazing and so considerate with what we were all going through. The Folkestone team oversaw everything and nothing was too much trouble. They made us feel at ease, no pressure and they supported us in everything we wanted to do. Whilst no one wants to have to engage with an undertaker, we all will at some point in our lives, but when it comes finding an organisation to support you, I would throughly recommend Farriers & Son in Folkestone and in particular Adam. They made a very sad and stressful period of mourning infinitely easier with their calm, considerate and efficient processes. I dealt with both Lys and Chris when arranging my dad's funeral and they were both very caring and nothing was too much trouble. They guided me through everything and kept me informed along the way so on the day everything without a hitch. Our family have used Farriers on several occasions both Folkestone and Dover branch and we wouldn't use any other Undertakers. They are by far the very best and I would recommend them every time
