Nicola and Mark were very helpful and they did everything we needed and wanted and everything went very smoothly on the day.

The only thing I felt was missing was from the administrative side. I didn't get a confirmation in writing of the dates, times, music and other bits etc. This would have been more reassuring to have had an email or confirmation letter with all these details on.

Nicola at Walderslade branch was wonderful throughout, compassionate, caring and ensured everything we requested that was needed was carried out in good time to ensure the least stress possible. In what is naturally a very distressing time Nicola was very supportive and made sure all was done to provide a lovely service. The funeral director and staff were also excellent.

A few difficulties with our pre-arranged bespoke funeral plan, otherwise would have given full 5 stars. The actual funeral day could not be faulted. Very dignified service. Helpful staff.

Nicola at Co-op Funeral Care Walderslade was really helpful and caring. My particular case had some complications but she kept in touch and tried to move things along as best she could. None of the delays experienced were the fault of Co-op. I would definitely recommend them.

The coop , were very caring and helpful ,all through preparing the funeral for my dear son recently . Nothing was too much trouble .
They rung me checking l was ok, and keeping me informed, they show great empathy for their customer when our family were feeling very upset and sad . I will recommend them to others in the future.

Everything was dealt with with respect , professionalism , and compassion . The staff were excellent . In particular Nicola who guided us through the whole process nothing was too much trouble and she gave as much time as was needed without you feeling rushed and she was always at the end of the phone to answer any queries . A lovely lady and an asset to the company. Deborah the celebrant again a lovely and helpful lady who guided us through the ceremony so we got the right balance of service . And then Mark and his team who also done an excellent job .
In all the day went without a hitch from start to finish which was due to all the staffs hard work .Many thanks and I would highly recommend the Walderslade branch.

Nicola at the coop funeral directors was amazing . She handled everything so professional and was seamless from start to finish. I asked her to basically sort everything to take the pressure off of me, from flowers , order of service etc etc . She was there for me every step of the way and I can't thank her enough . She recommended the celebrant to take the service and Michael was excellent on the day as were the whole coop team . They were so respectful to everyone at the service. This was a 10/10 service and would recommend Nicola and her team to anyone . Regards Peter Crawford
