I thought Sarah was very professional & also an empathetic person . She was able to guide me through the whole process with a caring manner & at no time did I feel I was being rushed. She & her colleagues were very supportiveiat every step of the process & there were some challenges to overcome! Thankyou

Chittendens are everything you would want from a funeral directors. I have used them 3 times in the past 4 years, each time has been exemplary service. Friendly, informative, unhurried yet efficient. Very professional and discrete at the crematorium, keeping you well informed of the proceedings. Their caring follow-up calls were much appreciated. Would recommend.

It all went very smoothly from meeting Ann to start the funeral arrangements to meeting Eric the celebrant.
Also meeting Sarah to collect rings and deliver clothes.
On the day of funeral Ryan and his colleagues did an excellent job.
Well done Chittendens.

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful send off for my Nan. The horses, carriage, hearse, limo it was all so perfect, everything looked pristine. So very grateful for the way we were made to feel so comfortable and Nathan was absolutely exceptional in the way that he led the funeral!!! Sarah in the office was amazing the way she went out of her way in fact everybody in that office looked after us!!! On behalf of my family and myself all we can say is a massive thank you for making everything run so smoothly!!!

From the first time of going in to picking up the ashes everything was made so easy and I felt very relaxed. The ladies I dealt with Clare and Sarah were absolutely lovely. Andy and his team at Folkestone went beyond the call of duty when arranging my wife's funeral she was only 63 far to young and unfair. I fully recommend chittends for attention to detail compensation when sorting out her arrangements.

The service we received for our late father , William Wallace was outstanding. We have always used Chittedens. The whole team are  compassionate  caring And guide you through a very difficult time. The service was excellent, they are real professionals.The arrangers are always welcoming and nothing is to much . For them even if it’s a chat . The funeral director has real passion, for a very difficult role.he’s compassionate and very supportive . And nothing is to much to ask for . He pays real attention to everything he’s doing. The funeral crew are very professional and polite they are very helpful. They are very well dressed and the cars looked amazing. I would like to thank the whole team at Chittendens.
