From the moment I called the call centre we’re so good, supportive and clear. Laura called me and organised everything for us, she was so amazing at what was a really stressful time.Gary the funeral Director was exceptional on the day taking all our worries away and we could just concentrate on taking care of my Dad. Excellent service throughout. Staff in the office extremely supportive and patient - willing to listen to requirements and do their very best to meet them. Undertakers on day of the funeral were professional yet friendly and approachable - my mother and I felt we were in safe hands from the outset. Thanks to all involved in making this part of the bereavement process a positive experience.

The team at Co-op funeral care were compassionate and caring. Their approach was informal and empathic. The flowers were beautiful and several people commented on these. Nothing was too much trouble. Almost everything was arranged as requested although there was one specific detail in the crematorium service which was not as discussed.
