Throughout a difficult and very sad period Paul acted as our big brother. Nothing was too much, too difficult or too small for him to deal with.  He held our hands throughout the process and made saying goodbye to a much loved  mum a very special experience.  We honestly cannot thank him enough.

My mother's death was unexpected so when we called Morse Independent Funeral services, we were still in shock but, we couldn't have been more pleased with how caring, considerate and calming Paul was, explaining he would look after and take care of her.

Not having done this before, I didn't have a complete understanding of the whole process nor the type of funeral at that point. I was greatly helped by Paul and his team, I felt I could have asked anything, and they try to find a way to make it happen. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision in any way.
The flowers were wonderful (a florist again recommended by Paul) she also made a black and white cat as my mum loved cats, wonderful! Everyone thought
it was a lovely touch, and very mum.

Paul also suggested a celebrant to help carry the service through as my mum was nearly 93 and it was lot to fit into an hour; she was absolutely brilliant. I would strongly recommend this to everyone as it takes a lot of pressure off, on a very difficult day.

We had our service at Green Acres Living Memorial Park, another suggestion Paul had put forward, it really was quite fitting due to my mums love of nature, I really felt, that my mother was looking down, happy with everything, including our choice of Morse Funeral services!

I would strongly recommend them to anyone; in fact, I already have.
