Morse Funeral Services have been excellent. They made the process of organising my mum's cremation extremely easy for me, guiding me every step of the way and answering all questions I had. They were professional and extremely kind during a difficult time, making me feel completely at ease. They were easy to communicate with and always prompt. Their in-person office also had a lovely atmosphere. For the quality of their service, I felt their prices were also great value for money compared to other local providers. From my very first phone call following the death of my husband, Paul’s care & attention to detail was exemplary.  He was consistently kind & courteous, empathetic, & always helpful.   He made thoughtful suggestions but allowed us to make up our own minds about the details of the funeral, so that as a family we felt very involved in the planning.  He was also very considerate of our need to be cost-conscious & gently pointed out the little extras which we didn’t really need!  
All in all, a lovely gentleman providing a first-class excellent service.
