An amazing service from start to finish. If you pick Waters & Sons, you are guaranteed a great, attention to deal, free from hassle, service. They took control of mums funeral, asking us what we wanted, guiding us with their thoughts and suggestions to ensure we got what we wanted. From the moment they collected mum into their care I knew we had made the right decision to use them. I cannot recommend Waters&Sons enough. David arranged everything that I asked for perfectly for my brother. Added to that the small details on the actual day of the funeral that they do automatically were first class they made all the difference showing caring, respect etc was so much more than I expected.
 I have arranged funerals for other members of family with other funeral directors that did not compare to this one.
I cannot recommend them enough. First class, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Didn’t get the feedback and support we needed. 
Although not directly their fault the spiritualist celebrant that was used was awful. Got my name wrong in the service, repeated herself, didn’t close the service just signalled music and got some details confused. Didn’t acknowledge us on arrival and just walked away afterwards At least it was memorable for the wrong reasons. Martin (or my new alter ego Matthew!!)

Walter’s and Sons dealt with my husbands funeral preparations with kindness and dignity and I felt reassured that they took good care of him.

I can’t recommend their services highly enough.  My mum was a resident at Snowdrop Place Care Home and the staff were blown away with sensitivity and respect given when she was collected by David.  The staff are always at the end of the phone and nothing is too much trouble and everyone are so supportive at this stressful time.
