From the moment Waters & Sons collected my sister-in-law right up until the cremation I found them to be efficient, caring, compassionate and understanding. Alison and Jason at the Sholing branch made a terrible situation more bearable for us as a family and guided us through a very dark time. Jason, Simon, Craig, Liza. Thank you sincerely, for all the help and guidance, making Ians final journey so memorable and our zany ideas come to fruition.
You can feel the compassion and expertise that all the team have. We were greeted and made to feel welcome straight away. Their building has a cosy feel.
On the day, we felt like Simon and Craig made the service and process run smoothly. Organising a recovey truck and an ambulance to take dad on his last drive! Amazing. Highly recommend their services.

What an incredible service. Alison kept us updated by email and answered my endless questions with patience and compassion. David was kind and considerate and made a great cup of tea. 
Simon sussed us out from the minute we walked through the door. He clearly loves his job and as a result was able to recommend things that fitted perfectly with our wishes. 
Simon suggested our celebrant be Liza Barber. He felt she would fit with our personalities and he wasn’t wrong. She gave us her undivided attention and captured our dad beautifully.

We found Waters & Sons to be such lovely caring people. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They went above & beyond to take care of Mum & the whole family. Many years ago when my parents wanted to take out a funeral plan I had no idea where to go. My nextdoor neighbour suggested Simon Waters as he was highly thought of in the funeral business for being a caring and understanding person. Nothing was too much trouble. I have not been disappointed when my mother passed away recently he dealt with everything in difficult circumstances. Suggesting little things that might help my distraught father. What I will forever remember is the dignity they showed my mother when in the early hours of the morning they collected her from the care home. I will always remember Craig walking in front of the hearse 3:45am on a cold November morning to the end of the road. Thank you to all the staff at Waters and Sons for getting me through a situation everyone dreads.
