Waters and Sons made everything really straightforward for us. Marisa is such a lovely warm person, and very easy to talk to.  David was a very calming presence on the day when my sister and I were feeling a bit anxious.
They were very accommodating throughout and we were all so pleased with the lovely send off they arranged for my dad. We can’t thank them enough.

Waters & Sons have gone above and beyond any expectation we could have ever had. From the minute we picked up the phone and made that first phonecall, right up until the service, David, Becky and all the staff have been such a strong support, compassionate, caring and considerate all the way through and there are no words we can use to thank them enough for all of their hard work that they put into making Dads/Grandads final day the very best for him. We will be forever grateful for the love and attention they have put into every detail. Waters & Sons helped my father and I through all the arrangements following my Mum's passing. Becky and Simon were brilliant, with compassionate advice and support throughout, a lovely Order of Service, and a day where we could celebrate Mum's life knowing that every detail was in hand. What was the saddest moment of my life with the passing of mother introduced me to the most remarkable people in the form of Waters and son funeral directors.
From the first telephone conversation to the crematorium l was kept fully informed and advised of procedures protocols and customs.
I always felt included and respected throughout.
This wonderful company introduced my family to a remarkable clergy who took the service.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Waters and sons to any family in their moment of grief.

Waters and Sons Funeral Directors were caring and helpful from the moment I walked through the door.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
They were always ready and waiting with a compassionate smile to get me through a traumatic time losing my beloved wife.
Not only were they caring towards me. The care and love they showed towards my wife was outstanding.
Even down to giving her a blanket as she always felt the cold.
They were truly helpful down to the last detail giving me recommendations for the service and the flowers.
I would highly recommend waters and sons to anyone in their time of need.

I would recommend this family run firm to anyone they are simply awesome
Simon and Becky were truly amazing there kindness and willingness to help had no bounds, The whole team on the day of the funeral worked to make everyone feel comfortable and at ease the order of service pamphlets were wonderful with pictures of the whole family and Liza the Celebrant was brilliant could not of asked for a better send off for my Mum what a truly wonderful family run business it genuinely felt like there family was looking after my family
