This is the second time I’ve used jonathon terry and it is always the best service, with so much empathy and thoughtfulness going into the planning and they make you feel like your loved one is so special . I will thoroughly recommend them to anyone in the same unfortunate position I have been in. I was particularly impressed when they arrived at the crematorium and how well they were dressed and behaved, so respectful . They definitely  made me feel very looked after throughout and supported beautifully

From our very first meeting, to visiting my Dad at your Peartree Office. Your reassurance and guidance through every step of the process with kindness, patience, and understanding was very much appreciated.

Nothing was too much trouble for you, Sarah or the team at Peartree. You all took the time to ensure everything was handled exactly as we wished.

The funeral itself was beautifully organised and such a fitting tribute to my Dad. Your attention to detail, genuine empathy, and support helped to make a very emotional day so much easier for us all to navigate. I certainly felt completely reassured knowing everything was in such capable hands.

Myself and my family will always be grateful for the dignity and respect shown to not just my Dad but to all of my family; especially my Mum.

Jonathan Terry were recommended to me as the best funeral directors in Southampton. They did not disappoint and I would certainly endorse that recommendation and say the same. Everything was beautifully done and well organised. I could not have hoped for more.
I went to the London Road branch as the Requiem Mass was in the city centre and it was particularly helpful to have a single person taking such sensitive care of all the arrangements and also being there on the day and at the cemetery. Many thanks to Natalie and all at Jonathan Terry.

It is an exceptional funerary agency, the staff is very lovely and helpful. Everything you need they are there to help you. They have lovely choices and their services have a really great quality. The moment we walked in to Jonathan Terry and met Natalie, we felt cared for and in safe hands. That first meeting was for over an hour, we shared lots about my dad and how we'd like his funeral to go. Everything was done just as we wanted. But it was all the extra little touches that made the difference. I can't recommend them enough. On behalf of our entire family, we would like to express our deepest gratitude during one of the most difficult times in our lives.

From the very beginning, you guided us through arranging our dad’s funeral — something completely unfamiliar and overwhelming to us. Your compassion, patience, and understanding made an unbearable situation feel just a little more manageable.

We spent nearly a month visiting Dad at the funeral home, and throughout that time, you treated us with such kindness and respect. Even when we changed our minds or asked for things to be done differently, you were endlessly patient and always worked with us to ensure our wishes were honoured. That meant more to us than we can ever truly express.

On the day of the funeral, our emotions and anxieties were understandably high. The team who cared for us that day were calm, respectful, and incredibly supportive. Your guidance and reassurance helped us feel safe and looked after when we needed it most.

Natalie looked amazing on the day, and our dad — the smartest and most traditional man we knew — would have truly appreciated the dignity and traditional values you upheld throughout. Everything was handled with such care and professionalism.
